Workplace discrimination has been examined in a variety of ways. I personally think that employee and employer relationship should be a symbiotic one. Especially when it comes to appreciating the wealth of knowledge the employees have gathered over the years through professional training which adds to the growth and fortune of the company.

However, I have issues with why some companies discriminate in the area of annual payment for staff’s professional subscription. The truth is, both the junior and the senior staff all use their wealth of knowledge to increase the fortune of the company. Some supposed junior staff have more professional certifications than the experienced ones. What some companies have failed to understand is that how you make your employees feel by the little seemingly freebies you offer go a long way in positioning your company as a great workplace.
